Warm Biscotti
I wake up, get up, drink green kamut, make coffee, put biscotti in the toaster oven on toast, light. Oh yeah, I love biscotti warm, not hot but warm. Joanne likes it at room temp with coffee. I like to warm it, being careful not to really toast it, just watching so it heats through but doesn't cook. It gets that homemade, just from the oven taste, yum! A great way to start the day, then I do my yoga routine, go to work and don't get hungry until lunch.
