Joanne Holmberg has created the most scrumptious biscotti ever tasted!
This biscotti is nothing like the usual dry as dust, twice-baked toast you have to dunk in liquid to swallow. Joanne's biscotti is heaven in the mouth, soft enough to eat on its own, yet keeps its crispy texture when dunked in coffee, tea, milk or juice. Joanne's biscotti have a fresh, rich flavor and chewey texture, and they're uniquely good at room temperature, slightly warmed or cold from the fridge, and taste even better the next day. Joanne uses a secret family recipe and adds a few secrets of her own devising to create a most satisfying biscotti experience. We LOVE this boscotti!

OK, I am Diane's husband, which means I've had the privilege and fun of test-tasting all the Joanne Biscotti that Joanne would bring over to our house. We live on a cul-de-sac across from Joanne's house. I used to think that I don't particularly care for biscotti -- until I tasted my first Joanne Biscotti. She makes a seemingly endless variety of types of biscotti and each type is a unique experience of joy. Today I call myself a biscotti lover.
One more thing I want to add. Since now I am a biscotti lover I tried some in two of the local stores. I did not finish either of them. So that's a warning for you: If you test-taste any of the Joanne Biscotti you might lose the desire for all other biscotti.
I say, Hurray for the advent of Joanne Biscotti in our life. An enriching experience from all that God hides in such healthy natural food.
